I use it on my Win11 22H2; i think there is a limitation for a certain check maybe (maybe Windows update or something), but in general it installs and works.  Specifically, the _Citrix Secure Access Endpoint Analysis agent._

For what it's worth Citrix support also shared this MS KB with me on my case regarding this issue.
