02/08/2023, 10:50 PMwhen the thin client locks, it sets the session to disconnected. This seems to be a citrix cloud/wyse thing because on prem it stays active

02/09/2023, 12:47 AMI think that's a Wyse setting, I vaguely remember coming across it at a customer with Wyse clients. We had an issue with Citrix sessions 'crashing' the thin clients, turned out sessions were getting disconnected and the Wyse device profile apparently has a setting to control what happens when a session ends and they were set to power off.
