02/01/2023, 2:47 PMYes you can for sure. I had to do it for one as they wanted it but I didn't want to expose the reason for failing to log in. So I would suggest having it kick off some random code number for each message saying contact the help desk with this code. Then the the help desk knows what it means but bad guys don't.
