Don't think so. I simply install with the Print Spooler running then as part of the post-install script move to an OU where the Print Spooler is disabled. The Bakery OU is heavily segregated.

Not sure because of the Citrix Universal print driver. Perhaps try to exclude driver installation and perhaps the setup will not check Spooler service
