01/16/2023, 4:10 PMnatively they are not considered USB devices. Even though they are, because the HDX technology is passing them through. When you connect to a desktop, then at the top you will see no options for usb devices. But if you enable USB policy, then it will allow you to set USB policies based on Generic USB. Which either is not compatible with the HDX setup/Or is so old generic is the only way to get it to work.
No USB policy defined, But will pass headset/cams if they are compatible with the HDX technology.

01/16/2023, 4:11 PMIf you have USB policy set, In the back desktop veiwer you will see an option for USB devices. Then inside that you can toggle between Generice/Optimized USB support.
