12/08/2022, 1:49 PMIf you check the !ctx_localappdata!\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Licensing folder can you verify that it is included in the users UPM profile and that the license token file is there?
Also how often does the issue with users having to reactivate happen?
If i remember corretly the license token file lasts for 30 days, and the token will refresh every time someone uses a office application on the TS. So if someone hasn't logged in for at least 30 days it is expected that you have to manually sign in again if you don't have sso/adfs (I might be misremembering though so someone feel free to correct me if'm wrong)
