Do you guys go direct or via upgrade path? for example 10.5 > 11.0 > 11.1. I am upgrading from 10.5 > 13 and wondering about this.

I wouldn't go direct with a gap that big to be honest. I'd defer to support but there's likely to be at least one suggested intermediate step.
