Yes, i have it working with Netscaler Gateway and i wrote a blog post about it, you can find it here: https://netscaler.dk/?p=84 So if i log on to https://myapps.microsoft.com and click on my "MyCitrixApps" i will SSO into NSG, where i can launch a desktop/app using Citrix FAS on the backend.
