Hi, you need to modify one of the loginschemes and make sure the initialvalue is set with {http.req.user.name} so it will prepopulate the username field. Try to see the guide that Carl made here: https://www.carlstalhood.com/nfactor-authentication-citrix-gateway-13/

thanks ill download the default dualauth login schema then add that value and re upload i can see that {http.req.user.name} is added on prefil username schema

I’ve noticed while working with nfactor that somes it doesn’t even pick the correct one (Even if you press Select) so its not working, select another scheme, save and go back and select the correct one.

that works a treat username is pre filled on dual auth page 🙂
