Not sure about nthe firmware. If the mitigation is in why rush firmware? Could be more issues

The probability of this occurring I’m sure varies for each environment, but one concern I would have in a scenario where there are multiple/many people that administer the NetScalers, is that some change or inadvertent admin activity could render the mitigation useless or change its behavior, and nobody would realize until it was too late.

Did anyone set up some sort of monitor to regularly check for the presence of the responder policy or see if probing answers with a 400 or 403?  Kudos if you did, I doubt that was the case for most people though.

I also understand the hesitation of quickly updating to a new firmware after so many “quirks” from doing so in the past.  Double edged sword.

Yea you make a good point. We have 5 people that can change it. Good thing for me is they usually dont change anything before talking to me. Ill give it a week or so to make sure no issues. I have 6 netsclaers. So i cant uograde my Test first, then DR, and lastly PRD
