Yeah it's been broken since friday. This is a good one to check if the BW limit been hit on a VPX: zgrep -ir "packets dropped due to licensed throughput" /var/log/ while cis is down

CIS uploads are broken unfortunately. Also make sure that you are caching the logon objects as that helps lighten the load on Apache.

As you might expect, with many businesses moving their users to remote working mode, this issue has been reported a few times over the last week or two so it's one to be aware of. The CTX225947 article was a little vague in places, (as pointed out by one of my customers) so I've requested an updated which seems to have been added.
