Are you using RfWebUi? Had the same issue and had to mirror the theme with X1. 

I am using RfWebUI for now, but I didnt even have the nsepa_setup file on the appliance. It only had the epapackage.exe

I copied the nsepa_setup file from another appliance and it installs, but then its not recognized, bc i think it is looking for the other file

I’d switch the theme as a test. Can’t tell you the number of times ive been bitten by that theme. :flushed:

lol, I was hopeful if nothing else because the fix is that discussion seemed simple, but is literally not an option for us

I was literally launching IE when you asked that, but same result

Still on X1, but I am pretty sure I had testing on IE previously on RF

I can downgrade one of the ADC’s in the lab and see if I can replicate. 

Nah, no need. This is a pilot of a pilot at this point...
