i am using my on prem ADC as a IDP for my citrix cloud workspace service as per everything works when i go to my cloud url https://c4rm0citrix.cloud.com i am redirected to my IDP which is my NS GW i should be able to authenticate using my on prem NS GW authentication system and be redirected back to the cloud workspace service but i keep get an error "No active policy during authentication" once i enter my username on my username only login schema which is the first factor that does ldap group extraction (I am using Nfactor on my on prem ADC) if i go directly to my NS GW url it works fine and i have no issues and my nfactor configuration works as expected i am able to enter my username it performs a group extraction then based off my group membership i am spun off to the next factor which is a saml policy/server to my IDP which is OKTA
