Thank you. Tried that as well. I think one of the NS's maybe misconfigured. I just cant find the config issue.

make sure the RPC node passwords are the same and both agree on whether it's using secure mode or not (which you should be using)

Thanks Mike, did that too. Tried both secure and unsecure.

One of the netscalers is showing this: VLAN NSIP binding missing !

compared config with working pair and not diff
