When looking in Citrix Gateway\ICA Connections, the users auth'ing against internal LDAP all show as their UPN as we have them login using UPN\Email address. But the users who log in via SAML through AAD (for which we also use UPN\Email Address) show with just their samAccountName, with the on-prem AD domain short-name listed in the Domain Name column. Is there a way to have the SAML login entries show UPN? We have many service lines with different UPN suffixes so it helps to be able to identify which 'Bob' is logged in 🙂. We only have Standard ADC.
