No as Workspace App/Receiver is designed to access a StoreFront store, not the UG page itself. If you can publish bookmarks on StoreFront eg as per https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/xenapp-and-xendesktop/7-15-ltsr/install-configure/publish-content.html then they would appear in Workspace App

Thanks Daniel, but I assume publishing a URL on Storefront won't use the NetScaler as a Reverse Proxy, right?

No - so if it's an internal URL it won't work, you would have to have that URL proxied by the NetScaler separately with an LB vserver (or content swith shared with your gateway vserver etc)
