hi no admin partition and its 12.1-57.18

Only seen it from within an admin partition, so no help here sorry.

managed to sort it tried a HA failover with other node as primary no joy same error so bounced the secondary (previous primary) and then performed a HA failover to rebooted node and same add appflow collector command then worked fine :)
