Use the default ADC one or re-custom yours using one from the latest release. I had trouble with using old custom one.

default or custom login schema .xml ? ive seen this error after firmware upgrades where there is formatting issues with spaces in the loginschema xml file

We had this issue on upgrades or reboots of the ADCs, but it was fixed in the most recent 13.0 build "NS13.0 <http://67.39.nc|67.39.nc>"

problem only exist on one adc in ha. seems xml files doesn't replicated well
