I once had a similar problem after updating Citrix StoreFront from version 1903 to version 1909. The solution was to change the ProtocolHandler of the StoreWeb in the web.config (remove the newly added "| Linux") 1903 (works): <protocolHandler enabled="true" platforms="(Macintosh|Windows NT).*((Firefox/((5[2-9]|[6789][0-9])|\d\d\d))|(Chrome/((4[2-9]|[56789][0-9])|\d\d\d)))|Macintosh.*Version/(1[2-9]|[2-9][0-9]).*Safari/" skipDoubleHopCheckWhenDisabled="false" /> 1909 (causes problems): <protocolHandler enabled="true" platforms="(Macintosh|Windows NT*|Linux*).*((Firefox/((5[2-9]|[6789][0-9])|\d\d\d))|(Chrome/((4[2-9]|[56789][0-9])|\d\d\d)))|Macintosh.*Version/(1[2-9]|[2-9][0-9]).*Safari/" skipDoubleHopCheckWhenDisabled="false" />

but i use clientless access, so the igel do not get the storefront?
@Martin Meier you're reight. Remove Linux from line fixed it, is it possible to overwrite from adc side? so that we do not have to remove it on storefronts?

@CitrixGruzel after removing |Linux helped, I stopped looking for alternative solutions. If you can find one, always bring it on.
