In general every build which comes up. But with a "wait time" of 4 weeks after publishing to minimize risk of bugs.

When my customers yells at me that something is broken.

I am a customer. But I yell when we a update brakes something XD So perhaps this is a point to consider not installing every update, because if a update brakes something we have to wait for a fix from Citrix
