Hey folks. I've been looking into an issue reported by our CADM server where it sees low SSL Reuse on our ADC for some virtual servers and it's lead down quite the rabbit hole. I've been using the tools from this repo to test from the client side: https://github.com/vincentbernat/rfc5077 At first when testing our load balanced virtual servers we were not seeing session reuse with the RFC 5077 client and after some adjustments to the SSL Profile we're getting good session reuse. However, for the Citrix Gateway Virtual Servers with the same new SSL Profile we're still not seeing session reuse. The RFC 5077 client doesn't seem to like Citrix Gateway Virtual Servers (regular loadbalanced virtual servers are fine) so I've needed to test with the OpenSSL Client.
