Okay I found the answer for myself.. Citrix Receiver/Workspace didn’t support ECDSA https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX240043

Yeah not supported, it's been requested as a feature enhancement. Get in touch with your SE and tell em to add it, the more customers that wants it, the more priority it might get.
