Hi I was looking at fixing a SNIP persistence issue from a NS in DMZ to the Storefront VIP hosted on an internal NetScaler LAN. Prob is because the DMZ SNIP is used to access the internal LAN, you always hit the same Storefront server because the persistence (so no LB and somehow 1 single point of failure). Persistence cookie insert is not an option, it's not compatible with eLux and Android (based on Citrix doc). Solution is to LB Storefront on your NS DMZ, the VIP source ip is the public IP so load balancing is properly working. Tested and working for me.
