Writing here about ADM, maybe administrator create a separate channel for it? After one of the ADM (on-premises) upgrades I noticed that for most CS and LB-VIP Application Score (useful for me to evaluate key metrics in this way) changed from GOOD to Not Applicable status. And the same thing I see in ADM Service. I see that the Good status remains only for entities that are located in the default partition. At the same time, Not Applicable status became for all entities that are located in administrative partitions. I got answer from support engineer: "We have found this to be one of the known issues, bug on the system. Engineering team has already fixed it in one of the future versions which is scheduled to be released by early Q4, 2020. Unfortunately there is no other workaround for this bug." And I saw mention of a fix in Reales Notes. But fact, that the next releases did not fix my problem. Can anyone confirm similar behavior in your environment?
