If so, you need to enable YUV444 in html5 receiver

Visually lossless (YUV 444) compression is supported. Visually lossless (graphics policy setting, Allow visually lossless compression) requires Citrix Workspace app 1808 or higher or Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.5 or higher.
