Is it showing optimized and grey out?

Yes. I can plug in a couple of different Plantronics headsets. They show as Optimised, Policy Restricted. Is that a clue?

So By default Citrix will pass them through and try to optimize it. But it appear based on policy restricted you have something disabling it?

The USB deal in Citrix can be confusing. At times it gets me confused. But once you figure it out, its really simple

The registry settings are the same as we have in our win7 environment where I’m able to change the default playback device. Makes me think it’s a Server2016 thing.
