I know zoom works, when i did my control up on boarding. The guy was using zoom in vdi and he explained to me they just set it up. Its similar to all other vdi calling software. Offloads hdx to local client and does it magic.

is there a optimization pack ? if not and its not a optimized hdx realtime UCS app all you can really do is lower audio quality to medium optimized for speech/ enable audio over udp real time transport / enable microphone redirection / enable audio redirection

The audio set to medium is ok. But its still wonky.
