Thanks Jarian. I looked at it but it isn't very specific, like the information for ESX/vCenter. And for PVS (CVAD Setup Wizard) I apparently need a Run As Account but there are nothing specified in the provisioning doc. I guess i need to do some trial and error with delegation in SCVMM.
