Oddly, I changed it to "2" and it worked.. Not sure why 6 isn't working here. I checked 2 other environments and it's working fine there. "nothing's easy"

I had issues at one customer trying to set background wallpaper on a Server 2019 desktop, no matter what I did it refused to honor the GPO settings for the wallpaper jpg or WallPaper Style.... then started working out of the blue and I haven't had a problem since.

That's reassuring. Lol
