04/22/2020, 1:29 PMwe currently have all linux clients and myself personally use my macbook. in both cases sessions start to launch very quick and go right to the Welcome screen. We are probably moving to windows iOt clients and running into this connecting ... screen and no idea why. i'm sure it will get at least a few complaining calls

04/23/2020, 3:09 AMMight be a shot in the dark, but do you have HDX Adaptive transport enabled?
I've found that sometimes that takes a few extra seconds to decide whether its going to enable itself, perhaps your Mac & Linux clients are pre-1808 (that's when they got HDX adaptive support)?
