Yea I have tried that too. I also tested with MS RemoteApp (I appreciate it is not ICA, but it was just part of a process to eliminate what the cause was) and that didn't exhibit the issue at all.

hi andrew was going to say check the 1912cu1 fixed issues as there is alot of fixes but can see you tried 1912cu1. Have you changed any of the visual settings in visual effects within windows "adjust for best performance " ect

Thanks John I will take a look at that tomorrow to see if that helps. I have the usually optimisation suspects in place as well i.e CTX Optimiser etc.

Which client you using? I’ve had black boxes (esp over folders in Windows Explorer / File Manager’s folder list. Seemed to be certain devices only, haven’t narrowed-down 100%.

I have tested on clients running Window 10 and Server 2012 R2 so far

Looking at my notes, seems Windows 10 only, and only on certain devices. 7.15 downgrade fixed it. Hmmm didn’t have many devices connected, possible it would have affected the whole lot.

@c4rm0 tried the visual effects settings to best performance and didn't make any difference unfortunately

Mine was 7.15 CU0 if that helps.
