What’s built into Windows doesn’t work?
t
in O365 we've "Dictate" function ... was wondering if any "special" considerations should be take for this to work correctly ... (btw, we've W2016 as OS)

I’m not 100% certain, but I assume you have locale support configured in Windows - language packs etc. and language support in Office. The rest should just be microphone passthrough from the client.

Here’s what I’ve used before, there are some pointers towards policy settings etc: https://www.nuance.com/content/dam/nuance/en_us/collateral/dragon/guide/gd-dragon-group-15-citrix-administrator-en-us.pdf

another vote for Nuance

We’ve been running Dragon Medical 360 in XenDesktop for years. Performance has been acceptable to poor, according to our users. Granted, this is on dated software, and we’re migrating to their newest product, which appears to work better. With Dragon, it’s not as simple as just installing the software on your VDA, especially if you’re going to allow the use of PowerMic’s and the like. Citrix and PowerMic components also need to be installed on any endpoint dictating using the software, etc. If O365 has dictation natively, I’d certainly have a hard look before going the Nuance route.

@Nick Panaccio tnx for the feedback, we'll most probably evaluate 'Dictate' from O365 as well to start with ... we'll see. If someone has good/bad experience with this feel free to share

Fluency is another one. They have Citrix installers and work well in RDSH and VDI.
One thing you need to consider is application that is mature around RSDH/Citrix. With all the HDX optimized channels. These companies develop the code around this. Office365 dictation is going to fail you in time is my guess
