Gateway service or on-prem ADCs? Are you using FAS? I ran into a similar issue last year, recommendation was to build-out on-prem ADCs or deploy FAS

I think this is a case for FAS, my man: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-workspace/optimize-cvad/workspace-federated-authentication.html I'll be going through the process later this month. Else, i'm sure plenty of other folks on here have done Citrix Cloud Gateway service + FAS
