please read 28 HT core not 26. So the formula I have used is Hyper Threading gives only a 30% performance increase for the pCore. pCore stays the trarget. So I have 14 pCore + 30% increase performance, so 18 cores. That's 3 VMs with 6vCPU each. Matching 18 cores per socket.
