Unless things have changed, I don't believe Director actually pulls that information.

Would be good to ads such information as improvement 😉
n
Oh, I definitely agree.

The OS type IS collected by Citrix Analytics, but not the OS version
n
Do the the 13 people who actually use Citrix Analytics know this? 😉
m
you have to create your own lookup table and covert the number to the full version and os in excel or something, there’s nothing inbuilt sadly
there is a table from citrix you can use as a starting point

If this was for active sessions, I would probably just write a PowerShell script for it. You can store all of the known versions into an array, and then compare the values for each session with the array to return the end user OS.

Unfortunately I cannot see any details about chrome OS version from your table 🤷🏻‍♂️😞
n
lol, so lazy on Citrix's part.
m
it’s very lazy
the fact you can’t just get all these in one table is annoying
n
Yep. And I couldn't find a history showing the actual build numbers, because "2203" is useless, as it's universally used for all of them.
And that's not even including legacy Receiver Enterprise, which is v13.4.x.
Ah, here we go: Receiver version history https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX112613

I’m going to bring this up in the CTP slack, there should be a master list, it’s silly

MAS 13.1 - I can see user OS in: • Security -> Users & Endpoints -> Transactiobs
