05/04/2022, 8:09 AMan update on this: validated that this issue is due to the FAS server being on server core. A gui server in the same vlan with all the same settings does work. Also an admin console on a gui server connected to the core server seems to work. And the get-FasMsCertificateAuthority also works like a charm on a gui server. Since we're not planning on debugging this the FAS servers will be running gui to prevent further issues. CA is still on core
