05/19/2022, 2:58 PMyeah we actually pushed out our password change policy for 365 days until we could figure this out. We are pushing to remove the password expiration on-prem in favor of MFA using AzureAD

05/19/2022, 3:10 PMI had this same problem as well Daniel. I started to implement what @Christian Jöns stated. But it got delayed. I believe that is the go to for now. Just what I know in my little world. It sucks because I had to make a special doc for users for the helpdesk.
