06/20/2022, 1:49 PMCan't personally speak to you issue, but i was going to mention what @Aaron O'Reilly stated. If you are seeing ssl error in the logs I would bet some money taking a shot at 2203.1 on SF. Again just a outside looking it.

06/21/2022, 8:08 AMLads, connection timouts / failure rates are down to pretty much normal level since applying the patch and enabling socket pooling. There's still a ton of calls to the SD with folks not being able to launch pub apps and apparently a simple WSA / Receiver reset sorts it. Im going to try get a hold of client logs and go through the client / SSO settings with Citrix support, cheers
