When I first saw it there was a disclaimer telling that they change the login and merge it with the cloud login experience. However I have seen this banner only a few times and it's gone now. I am under the impression that they change it per OrgID.

It's my understanding that it's coming, but you'll be able to defer for a bit. Notifications are supposed to go out via email.

Found the message after login: We will begin to transform your login experience to align with Citrix Cloud, providing one unified login across our websites and products. If you are already a Citrix Cloud customer, you'll login as you normally would to your Cloud account. If you do not have a Citrix Cloud account, simply login with your web credentials as you did previously.
