F*ck it...Webex App is not current. Going to test this first.

Are you using the new unified Webex app? It seems to be less tolerant of VDI plugin versions, IMO.

Using VDI plugin

I know I’m a little late to the party here, but I’ve just stumbled across a similar problem whilst we’re testing WebEx for a customer. It works in fallback mode if the client and server versions are mismatched audio sounds good. However if the versions match and the health checker comes back good it doesn’t work. In the VirtualChannel log there are no errors, when a call comes in or a call is made there is no audio at all. Tried VDA 2106 and 2203 CU1 LTSR, the policy for the Virtual Channel allow list is disabled too.

Any chance anyone is seeing this in 2203 with Webex? Got my VC policy sorted, and Health Checker confirms VDI optimization - except when I go into a meeting, where it shows disconnected.
Nevermind, figured it out. Even with the unified Webex client, you need both the VDI plugin and the Webex Meetings VDI plugin. So fucking stupid.
