08/20/2022, 1:45 PMI ran into the same thing and had to open a citrix case and they provided a backup code so I could sign in and run through MFA setup.

08/22/2022, 1:14 PMYes, my mant accounts, including "My Citrix" and Citrix Cloud account and my Azure AD account were part of the confusion and ultimately support had to pull in a developer. If you are still facing an issue I can DM you my Citrix case number
