09/22/2022, 1:18 PMThanks! Actually Jabber support came back with this. Except for now my DDC are still 1912 as I was hoping to get the VDA upgraded first before doing the Controllers even if Citrix is doing the Controller first. Does anyone know the registry needed on VDA? thanks

10/03/2022, 11:54 AMI tried with a test 2203 CU1 site with the virtual channel allow list disabled, same issue. Fail at "opening the channel handle" with error 1008.
