09/22/2022, 8:40 PMHave you tried using the driver mapping compatibility? For example of a screenshot, ignore the Universal driver deal and replace it with the exact driver name. Use printer detector to get the correct driver name if needed.

09/23/2022, 3:32 PMFWIW, I couldn't get Printer Detective to give me the driver name (probably user error). In the end I blocked UPM by setting "Only use installed driver" on that test desktop so I could get the printer driver map attempt in event log to get the driver name.
