Have you upgraded to last build already? If not, then upgrade to this new build ASAP. If you have upgraded to last build, are you running SAML IdP? If yes, upgrade to new build now. If no, you're good for now. If you don't know, then use NS Console to check. In short: SAML SP, running anything older than 14.1-73.41 or 13.1-64.23 == IMPACTED SAML IDP, running anything == IMPACTED

according to notes: firmware update -< SP is before 14.1-73.37 you are covered with 14.1-73.41 firmware update -< IPD is before 14.1-73.41 you need to firmware update to 14.1-73.46
