Found a fix to an issue I was seeing. Multi-user windows sessions were not showing RTT and DC latency in Director, even though everything was setup correctly. Wasn't seeing problems in my MAC, Linux, or single user sessions. To fix it I had to run the following.
Copy code
$ns = Get-WmiObject -Namespace root\citrix -Class __namespace |       Where-Object { $_.Name -eq "euem" }$ns.Delete()
Then find the latest wmiplugin*.mof file from c:\windows\syswow64\wbem\Framework\root\Citrix\EUEM and run the following.
Copy code
mofcomp "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wbem\Framework\root\Citrix\EUEM\WmiPlugin_SN_d4857dd4baeec65f_Version_7.48.0.0.mof"

Did you do that on the client side or VDA side? I've had similar issues in the past after downgrading the VDA.
o
@Jeff Riechers was this a Director-only issue, or were you seeing this in Monitor?
j
This was in Director, and would have been in Monitor as well. Change was done on the VDA.
I think it was due to installing, then uninstalling and re-installing the VDA.
After re-registering those MOF files the Wan, Network and RTT all enumerated correctly.

I ran into it with an in place upgrade of 2402 CU3 to 2507 LTSR and back to 2402 CU3. Issue showed up in Monitor after uninstalling 2507 and re-installing 2402 CU3. Mine was on multi-session, but the support engineer recreated the problem on single-session Win11 as well.
