We just got version 5e from our ATS.

Our sev2 case opened via chat is still unassigned after 3.5 hours and escalation request an hr into it but our ATS got us 5e just now too.

We've been getting assigned relatively quickly (around 15 mins). Are you guys a smaller customer?

We're around 3k

rofl 40K here and we had the v1 applied via the community 8 hours before we got it from citrix.
