Yes, when I created the saml_protection_v1.txt file in Windows and WinSCP'd it up to the NetSclaer, I was able to use batch -f and it said it created the policy, but it never appeared. (It said "Done" only once at the CLI while creating the policy.) So I used vi in the shell on the NetScaler and it created the file properly. (It said "Done" twice at the CLI while creating the policy.)

If you did this in windows you may have created either an UTF8 file and/or a Windows \r\n EOL, you have to do it in np++ (or any other real editor) and be in ANSI with \n for EOL

VI worked for me as well, for some reason it cut off the first word 'add', and instead just had 'dd', but i was able to open it up via winscp and correct it, running the bash command after that worked. Before i just used winscp to create the file and pasted in the command, which didn't work
