One customer reverse proxy broke down after patching... seems to me that a POST request is not passed through to the backend web server, anyone else seeing the same? 13.1-64.24

Same case as for Eirik, with a WAF? Otherwise, no issues so far at all (bar the upgrades this time.. o_o) for me. https://worldofeuc.slack.com/archives/CKHRXATV2/p1790607346188609

We are seeing similar with URL transformations. Requests simply stop at Netscaler and time out. The backend connection is not even initiated. Nothing is logged.

We don't have WAF policy bound on this CS/LB
I have already tried to disable WAF on System global settings and on the AAA config... I have also tailed ns.log for appfw events but there's nothing

I just got updated by another customer with the same issue. We have now two customers that use URL transformations that are now having requests being hanging. In both cases we replaced url transform with multiple rewrite policies and it solved it.

that did it, thank you @Frank Vandebergh

We have seen similar. Might be a known issue NSHELP-45430, maybe fixed in next release 14.1-74.11

I was told by the support that the issue is already fixed in 14.1-73.41 and 13.1-64.28, haven't found the time to test it yet, though
although, if one goes to the release notes docs.netscaler.com/us/en/…/citrix-adc-release-notes.html "To view the release notes document for a specific build of release 14.1, click the corresponding link in the following table." ... what link?
aheaheha, when I tried to send feedback, the form pops out, but doesn't do anything from the submit button
they fixed the links 👍
Copy code
Here is the direct link of the release notes for 13.1 64.28 :

You'll find the mention of "When a small POST, PUT, or PATCH body arrives in the same packet as the headers, the request might hang indefinitely instead of being forwarded to the backend." under the 'Fixed Issues' tab and 'NetScaler Web App Firewall' module.
