Heads-up for anyone running NetScaler 13.1-64.23 — we had a customer report abnormal behavior in their web application on this build. Upgrading to 13.1-64.24 resolved the issue.

I think a Citricite told me there are some known issues with 13.1-64.23, apparently they addressed it in 64.24

I think one of my customers had to rebind their monitors on .23 so that makes sense.
