I have an issue where one VDA is not accepting HDX connections over EDT, while another VDA in the same environment is working as expected. The strange thing is that the UDP listener on port 2598 is missing on the affected VDA. Has anyone seen this behavior before or knows what could prevent the EDT listener from being created? What is your VDA version? Are these Persistent or Non-Persistent VMs?

VDA 2507 CU1. PVS provisioned. Win2022

Same machine catalog/delivery group? Is there a policy assigned to one of the machines vs the other to disabled adaptive transport?

No everything is identical. Same catalog, same DG, same OU, same policies. I isolated two test machines and sometimes the listener comes up, sometimes not. I can reboot them at the same time and one has the listener while the other not
